Woodland Oaks Residence

This is a Monterey-style single-family residence on a flat lot surrounded by Oak trees. The owners requested a true design to the style with the signature two-story, exterior balconies, porches, hip shingle roofs, wood siding and exposed beams. The result was this elegant building completed in 2003.
