Hanscom Residence 2

This is a Mediterranean-style, four-story single-family residence that steps down on a very challenging site with a 55% downslope. The area has very limited access and some of the toughest grading requirements. Consequently, the natural grades of the slope were strictly followed. Stepping down the building helped create beautiful outdoor extensions at each level. The building was completed in 2005.
