Kalbourg Condominiums

Architectural design by B-Hive. Construction Document by BHJ. This is a three-story California-style condominium project with subterranean parking on a narrow, flat, rectangular lot. To reduce the architectural massing from the street, the height of the building was gradually raised; starting with one-story at street level, it grows to a height of three stories in the back. Each unit is directly connected to the enclosed underground garage while the garden courtyard offers a nice promenade feeling and an outdoor common area that is enjoyed by all. This building was completed 2007.
