A modern design approach to a mixed-use project on a narrow and deep lot in the City of Fontana, this building is another example of split-level design. The street level is reserved for commercial and restaurants activities while all residential units are in three floors above. The flat roof is used as a common area and offers a variety of amenities including dedicated outdoor exercise space, a jacuzzi, covered seating, a BBQ, picnic tables, a shuffleboard court, and a horseshoe pit. The semi-subterranean parking is reserved for the residential units, completely separated from the commercial parking provided above. The project offers a variety of 1, 2 & 3-bedrooms units. The gallery walkways open to the central courtyard, which opens up the otherwise claustrophobic long hallways seen in other deep projects. Construction is scheduled to start early 2022.
