This modern single-family residence steps back three stories on a very challenging site with a 49% upslope. Its area has very limited access and some of the toughest grading requirements. Consequently, the natural grades of the slope were strictly followed. Stepping back the building this way helped reduce the Architectural massing of the building and created beautiful outdoor extensions overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley below. Construction is soon to begin.
