Knott Condos

This is a unique residential condo project on a narrow, flat lot on busy street in the City of Stanton. The project design boasts a Mediterranean flavor and appearance. To provide enough parking spaces on such a small lot, the project was designed with a semi-subterranean garage level that opens to the sky. All residential units are two stories and contain private yards and balconies. Unit size vary between 1600 sq.ft to 2200 sq.ft. B-Hive managed the construction and the buildings were completed in 2003.
