Cazador Residence

A  modern approach to single-family residence design built on a steep downhill site in the hills of Los Angeles. The site is triangular shape with a 52 % downward slope that has limited grading options. Though this made it nearly impossible to create much-needed outdoor areas, the proposed 3-story stepped design largely reduced grading to provide beautiful outdoor terraces that overlook the scenic skyline of downtown LA. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2022.
