This a two story Mediterranean villa on a square flat lot in the exclusive area of Rossmor is the result of a major remodel of the original one-story 1600 sq.ft residence. The floor plan provides a large, open space connecting the exterior and the interior together. It is the perfect house for entertaining guests. The project was successfully completed in 2008.
