A Mediterranean design of detached and attached two-story condos on a narrow, deep lot in the City of Bellflower. It is the first of a series of condo projects designed by B-Hive in the same neighborhood. The long, deep, driveway effect was eliminated by staggering the units on both side of the property. This project was completed 2003.
